In August 2020, under Mr. Redd’s guidance as lead banker, UBS Financial Services Inc. ( “ UBS “ ) was added to the New York Water bond underwriting Senior Manager merit pool. Based on the consistent coverage effort of submitting unsolicited ideas relating to: structuring/banking, sales and trading, and credit strategies, UBS was awarded as Senior Managed transaction - $450 million Water and Sewer System Second General Resolution Revenue Bonds, Fiscal 2022 Series AA.
